I stumbled on this post from a woman whose brother came back from his military service. It's absolutely heartbreaking and it shows perfectly how we as a society are ready to absolutely terrorize and destroy men in the name of "protecting the country" which just means protecting and serving women. I am absolutely sick of this. Countries that still do this to men are deplorable. From this post you see that it's not that the guy is just a little depressed, he has lost the will to live. This is done entirely to break men mentally and physically.

The main goal of male only conscription is to either kill men or to give them ptsd .

I feel bad for all the men who suffered from mandatory conscription.

I hope OP's brother also gets the help and support that he needs .

Yeah, men who suffered mandatory conscription were enslaved. They were literal slaves.

Conscription forces guys into the military who don't belong there. They aren't built psychologically to take it.

    Yes. Conscripts in the former Soviet Republics were pimped out as prostitutes by their superiors too in the 90s and early 2000s.

    Conscription is not just slavery. It is an act of sadism on men. Men suffer brutal hazing while in the military. (hazing which disappears when when women are inducted)

    Yeah it truly is vile even in places like singapore while having the audacity to rub salt in the wound when a men dies during mandatory service by essentially saying "oh your son just died but here a few thousand dollars to compensate for the loss".
